The True Hope Ministry Internship is an 11-month, hands-on ministry experience designed to equip and shape the next generation of church leaders through intentional service, training, and mentorship. Beginning in Fall 2026, True Hope interns will serve approximately 20 hours per week across a variety of ministry tracks—Community Life, Preaching, Teaching & Church Planting, Worship Arts, and Missions & Discipleship—while actively participating in Sunday services, staff trainings, and focused mentorship with a True Hope Ministry leader. With housing provided, a yearly stipend, and meaningful opportunities for spiritual, theological, and practical growth, this internship is ideal for those who sense a calling to ministry and desire to be formed in a gospel-centered, community-oriented church context while making a real impact in the life of the church and beyond!
